How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping in the UK with purchases of GBP70 and more. Purchases less than GBP70 will incur a flat shipping fee of GBP15.

When shipping internationally, you become the importer and are therefore liable for any local duties and taxes. LOVESILK is not responsible for any additional import fees or delays that may occur.

When can I expect my LOVESILK order to arrive ?

All orders are dispatched from our Head Office in Sydney, Australia, within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All standard shipping delivery times vary depending on location, please allow 5-6 business days for your order to be delivered.

*Please note: should we experience a higher than usual volume of sales, your items may be placed on back order. If this occurs we will notify you via email with your estimated shipping date. 

Can my order be tracked?

An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched
